First Aid training is an important part of induction for residential or domiciliary care staff. Ensuring that appropriate First Aid training is provided will help employers registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) comply with their requirements.
This course will give you the skills and confidence to assess an emergency situation and to act promptly and safely. This includes demonstrations for how to administer first aid to a casualty who is unconscious, choking, bleeding, is suffering from shock or has suffered a burn.
